VIP Driver (f/m/d)

What this position is about - Purpose:

In this role, you will be at the service of the JTI CEO as a driver in relation to business trips and any specific demands.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the passenger(s) during the transfer.

You will also provide various services to all Executive members upon demand and will be closely working in collaboration with the CEO's assistants and Excom assistants.

Additionally, you will manage company vehicles and all adminstrative related tasks as well as be the key contact with external suppliers related to his tasks.

Finally, you will have to be flexible in terms of hours and absolutely discreet.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport CEO by car to any required destination
Some specific concierge activities to manage upon demand
Vehicle management (cleaning, maintenance, breakdown repairs, tire changes, sale etc )
Manage all documentation related to JTI vehicles (ie. Insurance contracts, offers, invoices, maintenance journal, circulation permit, etc )
Manage relationships with car vendors/suppliers, and be first point of contact (insurance supplier, garage owner, etc...)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

Professional driver with driving license B and D1 minimum
Background in Hospitality industry, diplomatic core environment a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Fully available and dedicated to CEO' agenda for business needs
Permis pour transport de personnes à titre professionnel (TPP)
Criminal record blank
Lawsuit and bankruptcy empty
Defensive and Offensive driving course a plus
Security protection driving training a plus
Handson with Outlook, Word, Excel
Absolute discretion and confidentiality
Highly diplomatic
Ability to drive under stress
Conflict management aptitude
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across the organization / Customeroriented
Knowledge of car engineering (brands, engine power, technologies, car options, etc ) a plus
Fluent in French & English, 3rd language a plus
