    • Als zentraler Bestandteil der Consulting Line Data & Analytics berätst du und dein Team unsere Kunden in strategischen, prozessualen und technischen Fragen
    • Mit deiner Leidenschaft für Daten entwirfst du zukunftsweisende Datenstrategien, Data Governance- und/oder Datenorganisationskonzepte auf Basis wegweisender Organisationsmodelle (z.B. Holokratie, Netzwerkorganisation, fraktale Organisation) und ermöglichst dadurch die digitale Transformation führender Industrieunternehmen
    • Je nach technischer Neigung und Fähigkeit kannst du end-to-end bis in die Implementierungsbegleitung Verantwortung übernehmen
    • Agile Transformationsprojekte bei unseren Kunden unterstützt du, indem du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufarbeitest und zielgruppengerecht kommunizierst
    • Du teilst deine Erfahrung aus Projekten und kontinuierlichen Fort- und Weiterbildungen mit deinem Team und übernimmst so sukzessive mehr Verantwortung
    • Bei entsprechender Erfahrung agierst du in (Teil-)Projektleitung und/oder als fachliche Führungskraft

    • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in den Themen Datenstrategie, Data Governance und Datenorganisation oder datengestützter Organisationswandel
    • Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung komplexer Transformationsprojekte
    • Fähigkeit zur Steuerung interner und externer Stakeholder mit den dazugehörigen kommunikativen und organisatorischen Kompetenzen
    • Leistungsorientierte, kooperative Arbeitsweise, sowohl im Lead als auch als Teil eines Teams
    • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
    • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch und Deutsch
