AUFGABEN
Sie sind hauptverantwortlich für die Finanzen und das Controlling der Filiale Schweiz und kümmern sich auch um die Budgetierung und rapportieren direkt an den Managing Director.
Die Kommentierung der Finanzabschlüsse wie auch die Planung und Durchführung der externen Revisionen gehören genauso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die finanzielle Beurteilung und Beratung der anfallenden Projekte.
Zusammen mit dem Ihnen unterstellten Sales Controller kümmern Sie sich um das Produkt- und Kundenpricing.
Sie sind hauptverantwortlich für das Human Resource Management inkl. Lohnwesen und Sozialversicherungen. Sie übernehmen dabei die gesamte Aufgabenpalette von den administrativen Arbeiten bis zur Unterstützung von Führungskräften als Sparring Partner.
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Controller stellen Sie sicher, dass die eingesetzten ERP Systeme gepflegt und Neuerungen implementiert werden. Sie sind zuständig für den Gebäudeunterhalt, das Flottenmanagement und das Beschaffungswesen.
IHR PROFIL
Sie sind eine Fachperson Rechnungswesen oder verfügen über eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finance.
Sie verfügen über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position und bringen auch praktische Erfahrung in der Lohnbuchhaltung und Human Resource Management mit.
Ihre exakte Arbeitsweise, das Mitdenken sowie Ihr Sinn für ökonomische Gesamtzusammenhänge fördern Ihren Erfolg.
Neben Ihrer Muttersprache Deutsch können Sie auch in Englisch sehr gut kommunizieren.
Insbesondere Ihre hervorragenden Kenntnisse in Excel und der restlichen Office Palette, aber auch allgemeinen IT-Kenntnisse zeichnen Sie aus.
Sie schätzen eine abwechslungsreiche Arbeit und erledigen diese speditiv, präzise und selbständig in Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Team.
