Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee diamond and blockchain projects from conception to delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the diamond industry.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop appropriate solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance and adjust plans as necessary.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices related to diamonds, web3, and blockchain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the diamond, gem stones or jewelry industry, preferably with experience in business development.
- Strong knowledge and passion for blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with the diamond industry and supply chain.
- Humble, honest, and trustworthy.
- Hardworking, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Swiss or European Union passport holder, already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
