What does offer you?

Within the scope of the 2-4 year program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of consulting, sales or a technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the bachelor study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and four years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your bachelor's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You can also write your bachelor's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?

For our in-job bachelor's program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from (IT) science-based degree courses. If you like to work in a team, work solution oriented and have good analytical skills and last but not least love to be challenged and learn something new every day then we are looking forward to receiving your application.

What can you expect from this position?

The Technology Engineer is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of the solution in support of Proofs of Experience (PoX). They work closely with the Solution Architect(s) to determine the feasibility of the solution and partner with the Client and other Technology Engineers to implement a comprehensive solution.

We are looking for a bachelor student who is:

• Provide technical expertise in their area of focus
• Engage in meaningful discussions with their client counterparts and describe the CE solution and best practices / Point of View
• Possess understanding of the Hybrid Cloud platforms (especially OpenShift platform, the hypervisors, cloud providers on which it runs)
• Ability to co-create with clients and build key relationships during delivery of projects
• Ability to leverage contemporary technologies and methodologies during implementation using approaches of modern cloud native frameworks, SRE, DevOps / GitOps, Agile, etc.
• Apply domain knowledge to harvest and build upon IBM best practices and points of view

This job is only for candidates who have recently started their Bachelor's degree and and have at least 2 years of study remaining (at a Swiss university/university of applied sciences, study course of your choice).
