    Description du poste :

    Dans le cadre de notre expansion au Moyen-Orient, nous recrutons un Business Development Manager déterminé et talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à notre croissance continue.

    Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle crucial dans le développement de nos opérations dans la région, visant à développer la présence et la réputation de notre entreprise, à identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et à promouvoir activement nos services en mettant en avant notre proposition de valeur unique sur le marché.

    Responsabilités :

    - Élaborer une stratégie commerciale pour développer la présence de notre entreprise au Moyen-Orient.

    - Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires dans le secteur du luxe en étroite collaboration avec la direction.

    - Construire et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, les partenaires et les investisseurs.

    - Planifier et organiser des conférences et des évènements.

    - Diriger les négociations et conclure des accords commerciaux.

    - Représenter notre entreprise lors d'événements et de réseautage clés dans la région.

    Qualifications requises :

    - Diplôme universitaire

    - Expérience avérée en développement des affaires et en relations internationales.

    - Réseau établi au Moyen-Orient et connaissance approfondie du marché.

    - Compétences en négociation et en communication inter-culturelle.

    - Expérience dans la gestion de projets et d'événements.

    - Connaissances en communication et marketing, avec une affinité pour l'univers du luxe, sont un atout.

    - Expérience dans une multinationale ou une organisation internationale est un atout.

    - Maîtrise courante de l'arabe littéraire et du Moyen-Orient (oral et écrit), de l'anglais et du français.

    - Basé à notre siège à Genève, le candidat devra être disponible et flexible pour effectuer des déplacements fréquents au Moyen-Orient.
