Is the key strategic interface to the customers identifying, consolidating and managing customer demand. Is accountable for IS Domain department delivery and for the whole lifecycle of solutions resulting from business demands. Leads a global team of IS Service Owners in the GBS-IS ERP Domain Department.

Your responsibilities

:


  • Build Services: Partners with the IS Business Function/Process and Product Owners and all other IS organization leaders in order to assure the delivery of the supply services based on the deliverables agreed in the Service Agreement as well as projects
  • Is accountable for each solution and service architecture, in line with corporate standards and service model and governance defined
  • Ensures multiple and crossDomain Department delivery initiatives are aligned, effectively assigned and deliver added value for the domain department services
  • Provides full cost transparency and proactively enquires efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Ensures demands adherence in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), agreed time, budget and quality specifications are met; all within the department's practice competence
  • Is accountable for definition and recommendation delivery cost and oversees the definition of costs and schedules in the domain department
  • Collaborates with IS Function/Business customers and service owners, manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs
  • Service Delivery: Is accountable for EndtoEnd effective and efficient delivery of domain services as assigned and requested across all business domains department
  • Is accountable for the definition and the recommended delivery cost, overseeing the definition of costs and schedules in the domain. Provides full cost transparency, collaborating with IS functions/business customers and service owners, managing assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs
  • Delivers IS service/support of the relevant practice within ABB Group supporting execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule
  • Is accountable to ensure delivery of services in scope as agreed in Business SLAs, escalates systemic violations of service targets by service providers. Is accountable for endtoend service levels by reconciling supplier servicelevels and implement Operation Level Agreements (OLAs) where necessary
  • Is responsible for adherence to SLAs to customers independently if service is sourced internally or externally
  • Ensures escalations related to delivery in the domain are solved and corrective actions in the domain are taken
  • Identifies, manages and addresses with service owner the operational domain risks and servicelevel related risks
  • Is responsible to deliver valuable services to the customer and consumer, improves customer satisfaction and manage the expectation; ensuring service quality, performance and continuous improvement
  • Processes: Collaborates with all relevant IS departments and other key stakeholders to create integrated, business processoriented SLAs
  • Is accountable to the IS internal and crossfunctional processes are correctly applied at domain level
  • Is accountable for domain service portfolio
  • Is responsible to actively participate and contribute to organizational change management processes
  • Strategy: Is accountable for the creation and approval of domain department and service strategies in line with Corporate and Business IS strategies
  • Supports Corporate and Business IS strategy implementation
  • Collaborates with relevant IS departments to implement IS sourcing strategy, provide continuous feedback and support to refine the sourcing strategy
  • Applies the strategic vendor management policy and strategy
  • Stakeholder Management: Leads the development of comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans
  • Builds longterm, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Facilitates the engagement of stakeholders and delivery of services and change projects, acting as a single point of contact for senior stakeholders, facilitating relationships between them
  • Negotiates to ensure that stakeholders understand and agree what will meet their needs, and that appropriate agreements are defined
