As a Global Business Line Service & PMO Manager, you will coordinate and ensure overall alignment between BL Industry and BL Service.

Will ensure that BLs growth and foot-print strategies in line with both BLs business targets. You will also ensure a common approach to Division Product mgmt.

and R&D to set requirements in line with both BLs business targets by fully being involved in in the Service portfolio development.

As Program Management Manger, partner with other managers / teams to standardize, measure, control and continuously improve programme management systems and tools ensuring value creation, increased performance, and sustainable competitive advantage.

As part of the Industries Robotics management team, you actively contribute to the market share growth and positive customer outcomes with personal leadership and market focused approach to business management.

This person will report to the Business Line Managing Director - Industries.


Your responsibilities

:


  • Coordinate and ensure overall alignment between BL Industry and BL Service so that BLs growth and footprint strategies fall in line with both BLs business targets.
  • Develop and implement common approach to Division Product mgmt. and R&D to set requirements in line with both BLs business targets.
  • Develop new business models and integrated sales strategy for BL industry and Service to ensure customer value creation and longterm service commitments, driving customer loyalty.
  • Support in the service readiness for Global Solution Centres (GSC) offering, G2M model and availability of L3, L4 technical support from GSC.
  • Installed base management. Obtain indepth market intelligence and ensure acquired information is shared within the global business lines.
  • Participate in both BLs strategy development and ensure alignment between both. Share requirements and work on alignment to ensure delivery of both business targets.
  • Responsible for ensuring global capability and engineering capacity planning for service.
  • Responsible to assure design for service is in place in global solutions, including spare part availability, technical support, service level agreements, and training material.
  • Responsible to drive standardization and modularization for service products
  • Accountable to collect, maintain and share all available solutions to be promoted and reused globally.
  • Support key account managers to increase the service penetration in different categories. Promote service offering in key account frame agreements.
  • Develop service management and execution in conjunction with Value Providers, promote Service Channel Partner program in line with G2M model for different segments and products.
  • Lead demand generation process around track, capture and renew of offers, and drive continuous improvement in commercial processes at Industrial led customers.

Your background

:


  • 15+ years of experience in business management and service, preferably in the Robotics Industry, robotics companies or industrial machinery manufacturer
  • Past global people leadership, including indirect management. Successful in operating in a global matrix organisation.
  • Advanced level knowledge in project and project portfolio management tools and development of KPIs/Metrics, reports & dashboards.
  • Good understanding of service business management and installed base management.
  • Combination of strategic thinking and execution (result) orientation
  • Willingness to travel, including globally.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking skills with experience in working with different cultures, international business and global mindset are key in the business.

  • Accountable for development, maintenance, continuous improvement of efficient processes, policies, procedures, tools/KPIs, metrics, analytics, and training to drive the execution of projects and programs within the Industries Business Line.
  • Lead and manage complex, crossfunctional multilocation projects / programs to help the organization to meet its objectives.
  • Be accountable at a programme level for the programme performance against objectives.
