Per un nostro importante cliente situato nel Mendrisiotto, siamo alla ricerca di un/una E-Commerce Customer Services Specialist.
Responsabilità principali:
Gestire le richieste dei clienti in entrata via e-mail e chat in modo tempestivo e professionale;
Assistere i clienti con informazioni sui prodotti, inserimento dell'ordine, monitoraggio dell'ordine e restituzione;
Collaborare con altri team, quali logistica e vendite, per risolvere i problemi dei clienti e garantire l'evasione tempestiva degli ordini;
Mantenere registrazioni dettagliate e accurate delle interazioni e delle transazioni con i clienti;
Identificare le tendenze nelle richieste e nei feedback dei clienti per suggerire miglioramenti ai processi e ai prodotti;
Requisiti:
Esperienza di almeno un anno nel servizio clienti o in un settore correlato, preferibilmente in un ambiente di e-commerce e moda;
Forti capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che verbale.
Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e del francese;
Conoscenza dei software di assistenza clienti e dei sistemi CRM (la conoscenza di SalesForce Service Cloud e SalesForce Order Management è considerata un plus);
Eccellente capacità di risolvere i problemi e approccio incentrato sul cliente;
