    A propos du rôle

    We are Academic Work L'aventure Academic Work a débuté en 1998 avec un groupe d'amis qui ont un jour eu l'idée de rendre le monde professionnel accessible aux jeunes. Le petit sous-sol où ils ont commencé à travailler a connu des moments forts en émotions mêlant détermination??, concentration ??, travail d'équipe ??... ainsi que de nombreux fous rires ??. Cette ambiance caractéristique n'a jamais quitté l'entreprise, et fait partie de notre culture au quotidien.

    En tant qu'Account Manager, ton objectif principal sera de guider et conseiller tes clients, les top-managers de Suisse Romande, dans la recherche et la gestion de leurs talents. Depuis près de 15 ans, notre savoir-faire et nos solutions innovantes nous permettent d'être un partenaire de choix pour nos clients.

    Tâches

    • Construire et développer ton portefeuille : ta première mission ? Construire ton portefeuille de prospects en adoptant une approche créative. Tu seras ensuite responsable de développer une relation de confiance avec tes clients.
    • Aller à la rencontre de tes prospects et clients : via le cold calling, tu fixeras des réunions avec les top managers et chefs d'entreprise de Suisse romande
    • Devenir expert et conseiller dans notre domaine : grâce à notre connaissance aigue du marché du travail en Suisse, tu pourras comprendre et répondre au mieux aux besoins de nos clients. La prochaine étape ? Etablir les profils des candidats recherchés, négocier les prix avec les clients, puis travailler en collaboration étroite avec notre équipe de recruteurs qui assurent la sélection des candidats.

    Nous cherchons

    • Tu es jeune diplômé/e en business ou management, tu possèdes un esprit entrepreneur et cherches à prendre rapidement des responsabilités ?
    • Tu es très à l'aise socialement et tu adores le networking et rencontrer des nouvelles personnes. Tu souhaites rejoindre une structure jeune où hardwork rime avec afterwork ?
    • Tu as une expérience de sportif de haut niveau. Tu sais ce que rigueur de l'entraînement signifie et cherches une structure qui t'offre challenge et indépendance ?
    • Tu as de l'expérience en vente et recherches la prochaine étape de ta carrière. Tu es prêt à rejoindre une structure internationale à forte croissance ?

    Prérequis pour le rôle:

    • Posséder au maximum 3 ans d'expérience post-diplôme. Pas besoin d'expérience en sales : tu seras formé/e de A à Z sur le job d'AM et notre industrie dans le cadre de notre "Academic Work Sales Academy"
    • Parler et écrire parfaitement le français
    • Posséder, au minimum, un niveau avancé à l'oral et à l'écrit en anglais (équivalent B2)
    • Posséder un permis de conduire (catégorie B)
