  • Gérer les processus de post-réservation pour l'organisation du séjour des étudiants et le suivi sur place
  • Gérer les vols, les transferts et l'organisation de l'hébergement en fonction des choix de nos écoles et de nos clients.
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de pré-départ avec l'équipe Support Étudiant
  • Faire de l'upselling au téléphone et lors de consultations en face à face
  • Représenter EF et répondre aux attentes des clients
  • Travailler en équipe tout en atteignant ses propres objectifs.
