Become a key player within a high-visibility program to implement modern cloud based communication and collaboration services to further drive the digitalization of our company (keywords: modern workplace, digital collaboration, M365).

What would your role be?

Design, deploy, troubleshoot and manage Microsoft Teams Phone to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the global organization
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their collaboration needs and configure Teams Phone accordingly
Collaborate with development departments to integrate Microsoft Teams Phone with other business applications and tools
Customize and enhance Teams Phone functionality to meet specific business requirements
Monitor the performance of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Phone to proactively address issues
Harness your practical knowledge in communication engineering

What are we looking for?

Good level of English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
University degree/higher education in information technology or comparable work experience (e.g. Microsoft Certification)
Proficient understanding of IT disciplines and principles (e.g., service architecture, cloud services, etc.)
Specialized knowledge in collaboration tools with emphasis on Microsoft Teams Phone
Optional experience with legacy phone systems, preferably Alcatel
Team-player with can-do attitude
