- Erstellung, Zusammenführung und Analyse von Management- und Board-Reports, einschliesslich Kommentierung der Ergebnisse und Ableitung von Schlussfolgerungen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Tools und Prozessen sowie Schulung der Finanzverantwortlichen und Business-Partner
- Verantwortung für die monatliche Bereitstellung der relevanten Finanzzahlen und KPIs der Gruppe und Gewährleistung konsistenter finanzieller und nicht-finanzieller Daten
- Koordination mit dem Finanzteam, um eine rechtzeitige Bereitstellung der Finanzberichterstattung unter Einhaltung der Gruppenrichtlinien zu gewährleisten
- Mitarbeit im Forecast-, Budgetprozess und langfristiger Planung
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung von Audits
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (Uni/FH/HF) oder gleichwertige Fachausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, idealerweise in Produktionsbetrieben
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten mit unternehmerisch-vernetzter Denkweise
- Sehr gute SAP ERP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO) sowie ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse, speziell in Excel und Power BI
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich/ schriftlich)
