Pricing Lead/Senior Pricing Analyst
As a Pricing Lead/Senior Pricing Analyst, you will perform daily pricing activities and provide strategic pricing recommendations to ensure global pricing consistency and profitability according to our business objectives. You will be introduced to the world of ingredients, flavours and taste, and learn how products are priced about raw material impacts and manufacturing cost changes. As a member of functional business groups, you will work on projects and price list proposals and participate in negotiations.
You will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of Pricing Europe.
The position can be located in Kemptthal
Zurich (Switzerland) or Vienna (Austria) or Naarden (Netherlands)
You will:
Build and manage
relationships: You will be a business partner to the regional commercial organization for Ingredients business and an intermediary between internal departments like global pricing, controlling, operations, and procurement to understand threats and opportunities and provide strategic input to key stakeholders. Last but not least, you ensure pricing and finance performance monitoring together with Business Partners and Controlling.

Negotiate prices: You will participate and prepare price negotiations with customers for a portfolio of Ingredients. Together with key stakeholders, you will develop financial models for different scenarios as part of the negotiations. Also, you work with procurement to understand and analyze threats and opportunities of raw materials movements. As a result, you will manage regular price programs and adjustments for raw material impacts, manufacturing cost changes, or margin improvement on existing products while ensuring business success.

Pricing activities: You will perform ongoing pricing activities such as product pricing recommendations and monitoring, managing delegation of authority process, working on projects, strategic pricing initiatives to support the region. You align approach to regional needs considering global standards and define action recommendations to avoid gross margin erosion.

You have:

Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, Management or similar
Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in B2B pricing, finance or similar; additional experience in sales, technical or related functions, in the F&F industry is an advantage
Excellent approach and used to work with all stakeholders
Experience in crosscultural/international environment; overseas experience as an advantage
Preferably previous customer interaction experience
Experienced working with numbers and expert in solving challenges
Service and target oriented mindset, handson mentality
Process and project management skills
Business fluent in English; any additional language skill is an advantage
