The Technology & Operations (T&O) department at Lombard Odier is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the proprietary banking technology platform utilized by the group and made available to other private banks and financial organizations through a BPO model. In the IT Operations (ITOPS) division, we oversee the support and maintenance of the platform and applications, implement changes, ensure key performance indicators and SLAs are met.

As part of the ITOPS governance and project team, our focus is on designing efficient processes and roles to drive a transparent, stable operation. The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) plays a pivotal role in achieving these objectives, alongside managing cross-functional projects, and identifying governance challenges and scheduling conflicts proactively.

YOUR ROLE

• Evaluate, prioritize, and assess functional requests linked to CMDB, estimating effort for effective planning.
• Validate and uphold the accuracy and quality of CMDB data, fostering its adoption throughout the organization.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless coordination across the CMDB process.
• Conduct thorough training sessions to equip users with the necessary skills for proficient CMDB use and maintenance, fostering an environment of expertise within the organization.
• Develop expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Gain insights into the corporate IT framework, defining roles concerning data and projects.
• Assume a key role in overseeing cross-functional projects, identifying and addressing scheduling challenges.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Sound grasp of ITIL processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, encompassing ITOM and ITSM.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work setting.
• Dedication to continual learning and innovation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, interacting seamlessly with stakeholders, experts, and external parties in French and English.
• Hands-on project management experience is beneficial.
• Residence in Switzerland is required
