Notre client est un très bel acteur actif dans le courtage en assurances et en prévoyance en Suisse.
Description du post
Intégration au sein de la société et du département Financial Lines ;
Soutien du département dans la gestion et le développement des portefeuilles d'assurances Financial Lines (D&O, RC Professionnelle, Cyber, Fraude) de clients nationaux et internationaux ;
Gestion des programmes internationaux dans les branches Financial Lines et RC Professionnelle (sciences de la vie, essais cliniques, et autres, etc.) ;
Analyse des besoins des clients en fonction de leur activité. Détermination, en consultation avec le client et ses équipes, la couverture d'assurance appropriée ;
Obtention, évaluation et placement de la couverture d'assurance appropriée ;
Gestion administrative des contrats d'assurances et des renouvellements ;
Assistance dans les cas de sinistres et dans les discussions avec les compagnies d'assurances partenaires ;
Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.
Profil recherchée
Formation en assurances ;
Idéalement titulaire de la certification AFA ou prêt à suivre le cursus dans les douze prochains mois ;
Expérience professionnelle dans le conseil et l'accompagnement de clients entreprises auprès d'un courtier en assurances ou d'une compagnie d'assurances ;
Une expérience dans les branches Financial Lines comme un atout ;
Fort intérêt pour les branches d'assurances Financial Lines ;
Agile, engagé(e), curieux(se) et désireux(se) de contribuer au développement d'une département en plein expansion ;
Bonnes capacités commerciales et négociation avec ses interlocuteurs ;
Excellent sens client et orienté(e) solutions ;
Bonne maîtrise de la Suite MS Office et des programmes d'assurances ;
Excellente maîtrise de la langue française tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
Très bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
Maîtrise d'une autre langue comme un atout ;
Sens de la confidentialité.
