Your team:


  • Corporate Functions includes the Group's nonbanking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
  • The Financial Institutions Management (FIM) team is embedded in the Finance Department. It is the Group's centre of expertise on financial institutions in terms of (i) the quality assessment of the banks Pictet works with, (ii) the activities they conduct, and (iii) the relationship with those institutions. As a member of the team, you will work closely with all the team members and be expected to actively contribute to the careful maintenance of the Group's vital relationships with financial institutions.

Your role:


  • We are currently seeking a Head of FIM Administration, whose role will comprise managing a small team that specialises in the administration of financial counterparties. Your daily work will consist in ensuring that counterparties are properly documented and set up in the internal systems. It will also be your role to reply to compliancerelated requests from financial institutions by liaising with Group Compliance.
  • Organising administration of business relationships (onboarding, account opening and maintenance, as well as handling legal and regulatory documentation in close cooperation with the Legal team).
  • Administering counterparty data in the internal systems as well as improving and maintaining data quality through checks and automation.
  • Conducting compliancerelated tasks such as answering questions from counterparties and managing FIM sanction tools.
  • Being responsible for managing intraGroup relations, ensuring coordination and information transmission with representatives of other departments, as well as providing assistance for the business lines with the administration of correspondents' accounts.
  • Conducting Group projects that may have an impact on the team or its activities.

Your profile:


  • At least 10 years' experience in a banking environment and with a Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Solutionoriented and with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and produce highquality work.
  • Rational and detailoriented thinking.
  • Avaloq and NeoXam experience.
  • Businessrelated compliance experience.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of BusinessObjects, Tableau and MicroStrategy would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in French and English mandatory; other languages would be a plus.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
