**The Masterpiece Destination**:
**The Woodward Geneva**, ouvert 2021, est situé sur les rives du lac de Genève et offre une vue panoramique sur le Mont Blanc. Construit à l'origine par l'architecte français François Durel en 1901 dans un style post-haussmannien, l'hôtel a été entièrement transformé et soigneusement repensé par le cabinet d'architecture Pierre-Yves Rochon.

**Responsabilités Principales**:
**Responsibilities**

Ensure strong Financial Management within a robust control environment.

Have ultimate responsibility for accurate accounting records and provide financial reports for the Hotel.

Manage the relevant elements of our owner relationship.

Lead all elements related to balance sheets, P&L, cash management, capital, amongst others.

Deliver high quality management information and performance measurement that is accurate and relevant.

Optimise and develop Systems to improve efficiency and information.

Pro-actively support the General Manager and lead the finance team in Hotel strategic planning, focussing on value opportunities.

Manage the formulation, review and approval process for budgeting within the hotels and restaurants.

Lead, develop and inspire a high-quality Finance Team

Collaborate in the finance strategies of the hotel (forecast, budget, expenses ).

Create annual budget plans.

Insure the respect of rule and other internal Oetker Collection policies.

Implement an internal control policy and audit processes.

Control the budgets and the various tax registration.

Introduce projects and areas of improvement in line with Oetker Collection requirements.

Attend to Executive Meetings.

Communicate with owners, understand the priorities and strategic focus.

Ensure the P&L is accurate.

Improve profit (including estimating cost and benefit)

**Compétences Clés**:
**Cores Skills & Competencies**

Relevant degree in Finance/Financial controller.

Valuable experience in accounting positions (5 years) acquired in hotels or ideally in an international structure.

Perfect level of English.

Professionalism, entrepreneurship, leadership, autonomy

Technical skill, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, best practice hotel operations, finance function set up and standard systems.
