- Vous intervenez chez les clients pour la mise en service, le diagnostic ou la maintenance de nos pompes cryogéniques, et assurez le support
- L'entretien et le dépannage de nos installations sur sites clients dans le respect des règles de sécurité.
- Vous voyagez régulièrement, environ60% de votre temps annualisé, pour des périodes de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines (week-end inclus), principalement en Europe et plus occasionnellement dans le monde entier.
- Lorsque vous n'êtes pas en déplacement, vous êtes au siège de l'entreprise en Suisse, et supportez le service, dans ses différentes activités de bureau, du support client à distance ou bien en atelier mécanique, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise.
- Domaine de la maintenance (mécanique, instrumentation, électrotechnique, électricité...) nécessaires
- En équipement rotatif ou pompe industrielle recommandée

Formation technique supérieure en Maintenance Industrielle, Contrôle industriel ou en Mécanique (Titulaire d'un BTS, IUT avec de l'expérience professionnelle, ou d'un diplôme d'ingénieur).
Connaissances techniques :
Bon anglais écrit et oral impératif. Langues supplémentaires bienvenues.
Mobile sur l'ensemble du globe (disponibilité et organisation familiale compatible avec des déplacements 120 jours par an en moyenne)
Outils informatiques bureautique (Office 365- Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
Du fait de voyages réguliers à l'étranger, une certaine flexibilité de travail et
adaptabilité aux contraintes clients est requise. Pragmatique, autonome, vous savez gérer seul des situations
Seul représentant de notre entreprise sur site lors de vos déplacements chez les
clients, votre autonomie, votre rigueur professionnalisme et votre relationnel avec les clients seront vos atouts pour prouver les savoir-faire et faire valoir de Fives.
Vous devez ainsi être capable de fournir des rapports complets, précis et critiques lors de vos interventions, audits et supports aux clients.
