    Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Führung von Projektteams in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Plant und koordiniert Produktionsunterbrüche unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Definiert Prozesse, Standards und Projekte im Zuständigkeitsbereich
  • Stellt die Einhaltung definierter Leistungskennzahlen sicher
  • Verfolgt aktiv die Leistung der Anlagen und trifft proaktive Massnahmen falls notwendig
  • Stellt die vollständige Erfassung von Betriebs- und Prozessrelevanten Daten sicher
  • Führt Untersuchungen und Abteilungsinterne Projekte durch; Überprüfung von Betriebs- und Prozessdiskrepanzen in der Herstellung
  • Umsetzen der Vorgaben der vorgesetzten Linie (Produktionsplan, Sicherheitsanweisungen, SOPs, usw.) in der Produktion
  • Sicherheitsrelevante Punkte gemäß Definition in INS020046SI
  • Gewährleisten der Funktionstüchtigkeit der zugewiesenen Produktionsanlagen
  • Einhalten der definierten Produktionsstandards
  • Reporting von Kennzahlen an den Vorgesetzten
  • Koordinationstätigkeiten mit den Abteilungen Technik, Metrologie, Qualitätskontrolle sowie Qualitätssicherung
  • Vertretung des Verantwortungsbereiches bei Inspektionen

    • Produktionsablauf / GMP

  • Führt multidisziplinäre Aufgaben im Zuständigkeitsbereich aus
  • Betreuung, Beaufsichtigung und ggf. praktische Mithilfe (z.B. Bedienen der Steuerung) bei den anstehenden Produktionen
  • Erstellt und bearbeitet Abweichungen bezüglich Normalproduktion und meldet diese an die QS weiter und informiert die vorgesetzte Linie entsprechend
  • Überwacht die Einhaltung der relevanten SOP's im Betrieb
  • Mitverantwortung für korrekte, unmissverständliche und vollständige Übergabe nichtabgeschlossener Arbeiten
  • Liefert aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge betreffend den Produktionsprozessen
  • Mithilfe bei der Evaluation und Bestellung von neuen Apparaturen und Betriebsmaterialien
  • Informiert sich laufend über den aktuellen Stand der Technik und GMP-Guidelines
  • Leitet oder arbeitet bei Projekten und Validierungen mit

    • Anlagen und Technik

  • Überwacht die Kennzahl OEE für die Anlagen im Zuständigkeitsbereich und implementiert kontinuierlich Verbesserungen
  • Achtet während der Produktion auf saubere, korrekt beschriftete und funktionierende Apparaturen
  • Trifft im Havariefall Sofortmassnahmen zur Behebung und informiert die entsprechenden Stellen sowie die vorgesetzte Linie
  • Meldet Schwachstellen und mögliche Verbesserung an den betreuten Apparaturen frühzeitig und verfolgt aktiv die Umsetzung der Pendenzen

    • Anforderungen:

  • Bachelorabschluss im Bereich Chemie, Chemieingenieur oder Verfahrensingenieur oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in produzierenden Betrieben
  • 0 – 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von GMP bzw. Herstellprozessen im regulierten Umfeld
  • EDV-Kenntnisse der gängigen Programme (mind. MS Office)
  • Sprachen mündlich / schriftlich: Deutsch und Englisch

    • Erweiterte Anforderungen

  • Vertraut mit den Begriffen der operativen Excellenz (5S, Kontinuierliche Verbesserung, vorausschauende Instandhaltung)
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Operational Excellence (Green Belt, Black Belt, o.ä.)
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Registrierungsdossiers
  • Erfahrung mit GMP Audits
  • Erfahrung mit spezifischen digitalen Tools (SAP, MES, PowerBi, Digital Twin, etc.)
