Anlage und Pflege von Material-, Lieferanten und Bestellstammdaten in SAP
Erstellung und Versand von Anfrageunterlagen auf der Basis von Spezifikation, Auswertung und Vergabeentscheidung in Abstimmung mit dem Warengruppeneinkauf
Abschluss von Rahmen

- und Mengenkontrakten in Abstimmung mit dem Warengruppeneinkauf, Umsetzung von Bestellanforderungen und Bestellungen und Nachverfolgung

Pflegen und nachverfolgen von Auftragsbestätigungen
Bearbeitung von SAP Ausnahmemeldungen "Lieferverzug, Termin vorziehen/ verschieben, stornieren"
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Stellen Planung, Projekt

- und Warengruppeneinkauf

Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben i.

R.d. Liefer-Eskalationsprozesses in Abstimmung mit dem Warengruppeneinkauf

Klärung von Rechnungsabweichungen im Purchase to Pay Prozess, Reklamationsabwicklung

Was bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossener Dipl. Einkaufsfachmann/ Frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf
Gutes technisches Verständnis
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch

- und Englischkenntnisse

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, SAP wünschenswert
Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
