    Avec plus de EUR 10 Milliards dactifs sous gestion, CA Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) est un investisseur majeur dans les Private Markets en Europe, en Asie et en Amérique du Nord au travers de ses fonds-de-fonds Tiera Capital. Léquipe dinvestissement, basée à Genève, réalise chaque année une cinquantaine dinvestissements au travers (i) dengagements primaires dans des fonds de Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets, (ii) des transactions secondaires et (iii) des co-investissements directs dans des sociétés.

    Dans le cadre de votre VIE, vous contribuerez activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'équipe. Vous serez en charge des activités suivantes :

  • Participer activement au processus de due diligence des investissements (fonds primaires, transactions secondaires et co-investissements) ;
  • Effectuer un suivi régulier des investissements en portefeuille ;
  • Contribuer au monitoring des projections de cash-flows;
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données liées au pipeline dinvestissements et au portefeuille existant ;
  • Préparer les reportings trimestriels ;
  • Participer aux réunions avec les Gérants de fonds Private Markets et aux Comités dInvestissement.
