    Êtes-vous une Test Manager Senior passionnée, prêt pour une aventure passionnante au sein dune institution financière axée sur la technologie ? Rejoignez notre équipe à Genève, où vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre client, une banque privée de renom basée à Genève.

    En tant que Test Manager, vous serez responsable du développement et de la mise en place de la stratégie de tests pour les applications mobiles. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe Scrum et vous définirez les plans ainsi que les cas de tests.

    Responsabilités

  • Établir une stratégie de test, en mettant laccent sur: Lautomatisation des tests La gestion des données de tests La gestion de l'environnement de tests
  • Définir les plans et les cas de tests, revoir le scope des tests
  • Optimiser la démarche et le calendrier des tests en fonction des jalons du produit
  • Gestion des défauts, recherche et correction des bugs
  • Définir et mettre en place les indicateurs de qualité
  • Contribuer à la gestion des versions, notamment en testant et en déployant les versions logicielles
  • Collaboration étroite avec les équipes de gestion de produits, de développement et de crowd-testing dEPAM

    • Votre Profil

  • Expérience confirmée en test management ainsi quen change changement
  • Œuvrer pour la qualité voire l'excellence en ingénierie
  • Excellente communication et contact client
  • Fortes capacités de leadership et d'appropriation
  • Français et anglais courants
