Descrizione della posizioneLa posizione è inserita all'interno della funzione Information Technology presso la sede centrale di IBSA Institut Biochimique SA a Lugano, Svizzera. L'azienda opera su più sedi produttive in Ticino e possiede diverse unità commerciali all'estero. IBSA ha adottato SAP Hana come sistema centrale per i processi di vendita, distribuzione, produzione, qualità, finanza, risorse umane e controlling. Riportando al Senior Manager, il candidato selezionato svolge un ruolo cruciale nella progettazione e nell'implementazione della strategia di espansione del sistema SAP.
Compiti e responsabilità
- Coordinare le attività di gestione e implementazione di nuovi progetti SAP. Garantire il controllo dei tempi, il completamento delle attività di progetto, con focus sulla qualità dei risultati e la e conformità degli obiettivi aziendali.
- Promuovere e sostenere l'evoluzione dell'ambiente applicativo SAP, collaborando con il team interno, i system integrator e il business aziendale. Partecipando nell'analisi delle esigenze aziendali, proposte e valutazioni delle soluzioni, coordinando le attività, valutando la qualità degli sviluppi e garantendo la conformità agli standard richiesti.
- Collaborazione nella valutazione dei GAP a supporto delle funzioni aziendali, proponendo azioni correttive ed evolutive.
- Supportare e assicurare la documentazione del progetto, la formazione degli utenti e l'adozione.
- Guidare e dare supporto ai membri del team di progetto.
- Gestire efficacemente più progetti simultanei.
Competenze tecniche richieste
- Laurea in scienze informatiche o discipline aziendali.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei moduli logistici SAP.
- Solida conoscenza dei processi di produzione, in particolare nel settore farmaceutico.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progetti SAP, di cui almeno 2 come Project Manager
- Conoscenza dei processi di convalida dei sistemi informativi (CSV) in conformità alle norme GAMP e CFR21 Parte 11.
- Forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra, ottime capacità organizzative e flessibilità
- Approccio innovativo con orientamento alla digitalizzazione
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Gradita la conoscenza di lingue nazionali Svizzere
