    Ihre Aufgaben

  • In dieser Position sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner für die internen Kunden der Unternehmen der Components Division im Bereich Digital Workplace mit Fokus auf Workflows und Applikationen.
  • Sie erfassen und analysieren die Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen, identifizieren Automatisierungspotenziale und erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte im Umfeld des Digital Workplace.
  • Sie entwickeln, implementieren und pflegen Formular- und Workflow-Lösungen auf Basis von Low-Code-Plattformen wie MS Power Platform, AgilePoint NX und Nintex.
  • Sie nehmen IT-Tickets entgegen, bearbeiten diese und leisten Second-Level-Support im Bereich Digital Workplace mit Schwerpunkt auf den beiden Liebherr-Standorten: Liebherr-Components Colmar SAS und Liebherr Machines Bulle SA.
  • Sie führen Schulungen im Bereich Digital Workplace (MS Teams, Jira, Confluence) für die Power User der Fachabteilungen, vor allem der beiden französischsprachigen Standorte von Liebherr, durch.
  • Sie installieren, warten und betreuen die IT-Systeme und -Programme im Digital Workplace Umfeld.

    • Ihre Qualifikation

  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (Ausbildung in einem Unternehmen, HTL, FH, Universität).
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in den Technologien JavaScript, CSOM, REST-API, HTML/CSS, C#/.NET, PowerShell. Erfahrung mit Low-Code-Plattformen (z.B. Nintex, AgilePoint, Microsoft Power Platform) ist wünschenswert.
  • Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Vorliebe für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer IT-Lösungen.
  • Sie beherrschen die französische Sprache perfekt. Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und English sind wünschenswert.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine kommunikative und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
