    Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) 100%

    Your Tasks

    • First point of contact for the customers
    • Execute end-to-end ordering management for products and services
    • Handling customer requests and finding optimal solution to the problems and concerns presented
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to update monthly forecasts with customers, to avoid stock outs
    • Organization of shipping activities (as shipment in temperature controlled, transportation of national and international shipments. Control of compliance aspects: Export licenses, Global Trade, good distribution practices GDP)
    • Generate shipping documents (as Proforma Invoice, Packing lists, Certificates)
    • Contribute to the follow-up and execution of the monthly Sales budget based on our invoicing process
    • Act as a Key User/Subject Matter Expert for SAP SD and IM / MM (Sales and Inventory Management)
    • Establish solid relationships with team members and different department (production planning, purchasing and quality)

    Your Profile

    • CFC Commercial Employee or equivalent
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing and order management position
    • Additional experience in transports organization and Export activities a must
    • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics or Food industry is advantageous
    • Customer service oriented, rigorous, pragmatic, able to have a global vision and pay attention to details. Proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Ability to collaborate across organizational functions (production planning, purchasing and quality) and units internally and externally
    • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly SAP, and export management systems. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
