    Über Mepha und Teva in der Schweiz

    Mepha Pharma AG und Teva Pharma AG gehören zusammen zu den führenden Pharmaunternehmen in der Schweiz. Mepha ist seit 2011 Teil des international tätigen Teva Konzerns, einem der weltweit führenden Anbieter von Generika. Mepha und Teva haben ihren Sitz in Basel und beschäftigen derzeit insgesamt 174 Mitarbeitende. Das Mepha- und Teva-Portfolio umfasst über 320 Produkte, die vorwiegend in der medizinischen Grundversorgung zur Behandlung eines breiten Spektrums an Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden. Das Sortiment setzt sich zusammen aus rund 270 Generika, rezeptfreien Arzneimitteln, Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, Medizinprodukten sowie Biosimilars, Biologicals und weiteren Originalmedikamenten. Mit Letzteren werden Krankheiten des zentralen Nervensystems, der Atemwege und Krebs behandelt. Mepha und Teva vertreiben ihre Produkte über Apotheken, selbstdispensierende Ärztinnen und Ärzte, Grossisten und Spitäler. Mit rund 23 Millionen* Verpackungen haben Mepha und Teva im Jahr 2023 in der Schweiz am meisten Medikamente abgesetzt.

    Teva/Mepha sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n HEAD PUBLIC & PHARMACEUTICAL AFFAIRS, 80-100% in Basel.

    Als Head Public & Pharmaceutical Affairs sind Sie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Förderung des Wachstums und der strategischen Positionierung unseres Unternehmens. Für diese äusserst vielseitige Position suchen wir eine dynamische Persönlichkeit mit Kenntnis der schweizerischen Politik, einem umfassenden Verständnis des pharmazeutischen Markts sowie des Bereichs Market Access, einem hervorragenden Netzwerk, ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Bereich der Krisenkommunikation.

    Ihre Aufgaben

  • Governmental Affairs: Entwickeln und Umsetzen von Strategien, damit auch in Zukunft das regulatorische Umfeld die erfolgreiche Vermarktung unserer Arzneimittel ermöglicht und die Versorgung der Schweiz mit Arzneimitteln sicherstellt
  • Verbandsarbeit und Einsitz in Kommissionen, Arbeitsgruppen und Vorständen von Verbänden
  • Interne Koordination der Verbands- und Gremienarbeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Market Access (Pricing und Reimbursement), Sales und Marketing
  • Verantwortung für die strategische Umsetzung komplexer Projekte
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Richtlinien gemäss Schweizer Pharma Kodex

    • Sie verfügen über

  • Eine pharmazeutisch-naturwissenschaftliche oder entsprechende betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise Doktorat
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer schweizerischen Vertriebsfirma für Arzneimittel; in verschiedenen Funktionen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Market Access
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in einer Matrix-Organisation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizerischen regulatorischen und politischen Umfeldes wie auch des schweizerischen Marktes und der Branche
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der politischen Diskussion mit entsprechendem Netzwerk und Erfahrung in der Verbandsarbeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Medienarbeit und in allen relevanten Kommunikationsdisziplinen inklusiv Sozialer Netzwerke
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz sowie Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Signifikante Erfahrung im Changemanagement und die strategische Fähigkeit, Veränderungen voranzutreiben
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Hohes Mass an Motivation und Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
