Description du poste

CONTEXT

The Group Product & Trade Compliance department (GP&TC) provides regulatory intelligence on international regulatory changes, as well as measurement tools on P&TC practices to Richemont Group's internal stakeholders (Maisons & Regions).

The GP&TC team oversees a broad network of +50 Compliance Managers around the world and across the business.

The GP&TC's core activities are to provide guidance and training on regulatory updates within the Group (Regulatory Team), and to measure the level of understanding and implementation of these regulatory changes (Strategic Monitoring Team, SMT).

To support our department during maternity leave, we are looking for a Strategic Monitoring Manager.

Reporting to the Head of the Strategic Monitoring Team and to the GP&TC Director, the Strategic Monitoring Manager provides overall support on P&TC topics, coordinates the publication of reporting and deliverables, the execution of ad-hoc projects and handles questions, concerns, issues, and requests that may arise from the network.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will have the key responsibilities to:
Analyse and publish key P&TC metrics and support the visualization of the Group's maturity on P&TC practices
Coordinate the compilation, drafting and publication of our monthly reporting (manage overall process, coordinate and compile input, extract data, manage internal stakeholders, perform quality assurance, etc.)
Monitor and ensure adequate follow-up on control performance deadlines
Support and/or conduct ad-hoc audits on P&TC processes
Conduct ad-hoc data extraction and analysis to inform the strategic management of the department (including risk rating and analysis)
Provide training sessions and workshops as required
Support the roll out of the new digital solutions within the department
Suggest problem-resolution approaches and procedures
Ensure coordination with our P&TC network and participate in regular coordination meetings, including with the Regulatory Team and Master Data Management Team
Update and enrich the current SMT-related processes, tools and templates as needed

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Master's degree in business administration, finance, audit, economics, engineering, public policy or any other relevant field
Demonstrated experience (2-5 years) in results measurement, performance management or consulting firm within a digital environment (Big 4 experience not required but would be an asset)
Good understanding of project management principles
Ability to deliver analytical reports to facilitate strategic decision-making
Proficient in data management and analysis (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills would be an asset)
Experience coordinating the production of reports or deliverables with inputs from a large variety of stakeholders.
Capacity to provide quality assurance services
Strong organization and communication skills with a proven ability to engage across levels of an organization and across geographies
Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team
Pro-active, result driven and innovative ability
Fluency in English is a requirement and proficiency in French is highly desirable

HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?

This is a great opportunity not only to gain great insight into the transformation of one of the largest luxury Groups but also to actively contribute to it.

You will join a dynamic, diverse and ambitious team and environment and will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with the Maisons, other Group functions and different Regions.

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:

The next step from there would be an interview with the Head of the Strategic Monitoring Team and 2 other senior members of the GP&TC department, including the GP&TC Director.
