- Entwicklung von Umbaukonzepten
- Steuerung von Ausschreibungen für Neubeschaffungen und Umbauten
- Projektleitung
- Erstellung oder Prüfung von Lastenheften
- Inbetriebnahme von Fahrzeugen
- Organisation und Durchführung von Testfahrten
- Zulassung von umgebauten und neuen Fahrzeugen
- Durchführung von Überprüfungen durch Sachverständige
- Beurteilung von Fahrzeugen nach Unfällen
- Eine sympathische und offene Persönlichkeit

- Begeisterung für Eisenbahnfahrzeuge aller Art
- Ingenieurausbildung oder Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Bahn, Verkehr, Elektrik, Elektronik, Mechanik, Maschinenbau, Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung)
