- Operationalisierung der Datenstrategie auf Basis von Use-Cases mit medizinischen, administrativen und Nutzungsdaten sowie Einbettung in die datengetriebene Organisation
- Verantwortung für die Erarbeitung von Data-Konzepten und Leitung von Data-Projekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinärem Team, Experten unserer Partnerunternehmen sowie Entscheidungsträgern
- Strukturieren, aufbereiten und analysieren von Daten zum Userverhalten in unserem Ökosystem
- Weiterentwicklung der Data-/Business Intelligence-Systeme und -Architektur zu Datenauswertungszwecken entlang unserer Guidelines
- Etablierung eines Datenqualitätsmanagements zur Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität sowie entsprechender Checks und Validierungen
- Verantwortung für das Datenreporting/–-monitoring und Analyse inkl. Definieren, Erstellen und Überwachen von KPIs, Dashboard, Reports und Analysen für Business Stakeholder und Partner, sowie für abgeleitete, datenbasierte Empfehlungen zur Weiterentwicklung des Produkts, des Geschäfts- und des Pricing Modells
- Sicherstellung der Regelungen und Vorgaben für Datenschutz, Datensicherheit sowie Data Compliance Themen im Bereich Digital Health und Gesundheitswesen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem DPO und dem Legal Advisor
- Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, bei der analytische und datenstrategische Fähigkeiten zum Einsatz kamen, im Healthcare Bereich.
- Erfahrung in der strukturierten Projektearbeit in komplexen Multi Stakeholder-Projekten im Gesundheitswesen
- Erfahrung mit Data Analytics und/oder Business Intelligence Tools wie Snowplow, Google Big Query/Data Studio, etc.
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem quantitativen Bereich (Mathematik, Data Science, Physik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, etc.)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Proaktivität, Selbständigkeit und Freude an konzeptionell herausfordernden Aufgaben
- Fliessende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
- Start-up Mindset, unternehmerische und strategische Mentalität, flexibles Denken und Handeln
- Erfahrung mit agiler Produktmethodik und entsprechenden Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Slack)
- Affinität für technische Themen und Bezug zur App-Entwicklung
