In the light of expansion of our business activities we are looking for a Project Manager who will act as the right hand for the business unit heads Medtech/Technology & Pharma/Diagnostics.

Tasks


Role & Responsibilities:

You will be partnering with the Business Unit Heads and will help them in all the stages of managing the ventures:


Scouting and lead generation:


  • You will support the BU heads in business development activities
  • You will develop pitch presentations and other materials that support customer acquisition and partnering activities

Case Management:


  • You will lead subprojects, facilitate ideation phases, conduct customer interviews, validate market assumptions, and help conceptualizing and shaping customer solutions together with a diverse team of entrepreneurs at an early stage.
  • You will closely interact and collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, data scientists, developers, management) and external stakeholders (industry partners, Health Care Professionals, patients, insurances, service providers).
  • You will play an active role in the strategy process and contribute to innovation.

Venture Building:


  • You will prepare investor pitches & meetings with potential investors
  • You will sit in board meetings and help the BU heads to manage the existing ventures in all daytoday activities

Exit:


  • You will support with all relevant activities during sale of a startup, mergers, and IPOs

Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a master's degree in business economics or similar paired with a strong track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.)
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with a strong desire to work in an agile, fastpaced, collaborative startup environment.
  • At least 23 years of strategy consulting experience
  • Experience in digital health is a plus
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently and to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Located in Switzerland
