    Die Avobis Group AG ist mit den Gruppengesellschaften VERIT Immobilien, Rimaplan und Centerio der grösste Immobilien-One-Stop-Shop für institutionelle und private Investoren in der Schweiz: Wir entwickeln, realisieren und modernisieren Objekte, bewirtschaften Wohn- und gewerbliche Immobilien sowie Einkaufscenter, beraten unsere KundInnen in Bezug auf die Immobilien-Strategie und die Finanzierungsstruktur und verschaffen Zugang zu attraktiven Immobilienanlagelösungen. Mit Unterstützung von Datenintelligenz erkennen wir Potenziale und helfen, zukunftsfähige Investitionsentscheide zu treffen. Unser Proptech-Startup Property Captain nutzt zudem unseren Geodaten-Pool, um Innovationen für gewerbliche und private Kunden in verschiedenen Bereichen zu generieren.

    Wir beschäftigen rund 350 Mitarbeitende an 15 Standorten in der Schweiz und blicken auf eine 25-jährige Geschichte zurück. Für den Bereich Finanzierungen innerhalb der Avobis Advisory AG am Standort Zürich suchen wir per sofort eine spannende Persönlichkeit als

    Senior Consultant Financing (all genders %

    Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

    • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzierungsprojekten inkl. Analyse der Businesspläne / Modellierung vom Kapitalbedarf
    • Akquisition von neuen Kundenprojekten
    • Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung auf Kundenprojekten
    • Führung und Entwicklung von Consultants im Projektteam (on the Job)
    • Überarbeitung/Überprüfung/Kalkulation bestehender Finanzierungen und Zinsabsicherungen
    • Strukturierung der neuen Finanzierungslösung
    • Vorbereitung von Szenario-Analysen und Lösungsempfehlungen sowie Präsentation vor GL oder VR der Kunden

    Voraussetzungen, die dir den Start erleichtern:

    • Überdurchschnittlicher Hochschulabschluss (FH oder Uni)
    • Min. fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Firmenkundebereich und/oder Kreditgeschäft (vorzugsweise mit Kundenkontakt)
    • Analytisch stark ausgeprägtes Denkvermögen
    • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit guten Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
    • "Problemlöser" mit sehr genauer Arbeitsweise
      • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere bezüglich Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg von Vorteil)
