    Profil

    Tu disposes d'un bon certificat de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent et une excellente connaissance du français (parlé et écrit). Tu aimes le travail dans l'univers de la restauration, le contact, l'esprit d'équipe et prendre des responsabilités. Tu sais retrousser les manches dans les situations de stress. Tu as une certaine affinité pour les chiffres et la propreté et l'ordre sont naturels pour toi.

    Domaine d'activité

    Au cours de tes trois années de formation pour devenir spécialiste en restauration de système, tu apprendras non seulement comment préparer et présenter les produits, mais également les systèmes de gestion de l'entreprise. Outre la connaissance des denrées alimentaires, le contrôle de la qualité, la fabrication des produits et la vente, ta formation abordera le marketing, les ressources humaines, les contrôle des coûts et l'organisation des processus. Avec un objectif clair: entrer pas à pas dans le management du restaurant.

    Ton diplôme de fin de formation est la première grande étape de ta carrière. Tu peux poursuivre ta formation chez nous, te développer pour un jour devenir manager de restaurant, ou bien poursuivre ta carrière dans le domaine de la gastronomie en Suisse. Tu disposeras de nombreuses opportunités dans tout le secteur de la restauration de système.

    Nous offrons

    Nous vous proposons 3 années d'apprentissage chez nous, organisées comme suit :

    1er année d'apprentissage :
    Caisse /Lobby / Drive
    Cuisine
    Gestion des stocks et des commandes
    Hygiène et Sécurité

    2e année d'apprentissage :
    McCafé
    Encadrement des hôtes (anniversaires, sondages, service, etc.)
    Activités de marketing (promotions, etc.)
    Gestion partielle d'un quart

    3e année d'apprentissage :
    Co-gestion de quart
    Gestion du personnel
    Controlling
    Contrôle des coûts
    Tâches administratives

    A chacune de ces années, vous aurez un salaire correspondant à celui d'un apprenti, qui augmente chaque année.

    A partir de la 4ème année, vous pourrez postuler à des postes tels que :

    Manager de restaurant
    1er assistant
    2e assistante
    Assistant Trainee
