- Concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions robustes et évolutives sur la plateforme Salesforce.
- Participer activement à la définition de l'architecture technique et à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de développement Salesforce.
- Collaborer avec les équipes fonctionnelles pour comprendre les besoins métier et traduire ces exigences en solutions techniques sur la plateforme Salesforce.
- Agir en tant que référent fonctionnel auprès de l'équipe, fournissant des conseils avisés et assurant la qualité des livrables.
- Collaborer avec d'autres experts Salesforce pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et identifier des opportunités d'amélioration continue.

- Une solide expérience (min. 3 ans) dans le développement sur la plateforme Salesforce, avec une expertise approfondie dans l'utilisation de Lightning, Apex, et les outils de personnalisation spécifiques à Salesforce.
- La capacité à concevoir, tester et déployer des applications Salesforce et à les mettre en oeuvre dans des environnements DevOps.
- Une compréhension approfondie des bonnes pratiques de développement Salesforce, y compris les aspects de performance, de sécurité, de limites de gouvernance et de maintenance.
- Une expérience dans les intégrations et dans la migration de données (y compris LDV).
- Une aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et à communiquer de manière claire avec des parties prenantes non techniques.
- Un intérêt pour rester à jour avec les évolutions de la plateforme Salesforce et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.
- Vous possédez les certifications Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2 et idéalement architecte.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais, le français et/ou l'allemand étant un atout.
