    Deine Aufgaben:

    Als Führungspersönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung als Senior Projektingenieur bzw. Projektmanager leitest Du die Abteilung «Process Engineering».

    Neben Deinen Aufgaben als Abteilungsleiter führst Du die Planung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, teilweise direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort, durch und koordinierst die beteiligten Interessengruppen (Kundenorganisation, Ingenieure, Lieferanten) über alle Projektphasen hinweg. Dabei bist Du Teil des Design Teams oder Du leitest Dein Team als Disziplin Lead oder Projektleiter.

    Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören

    • Leitung der Verfahrenstechnik vom Design bis zur Projektübergabe an den Kunden einschliesslich C&Q
    • Lösung von komplexen Problemen sowie Ansprechpartner und Mentor für technische Fragen von KollegInnen
    • Übernehmen von Projektmanagement Aufgaben
    • Unterstützung des internen Vertriebsteams bei der Projektakquise und Angebotserstellung
    • Inspiration und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden, Auf- und Ausbau des Fachbereichteams, Leitung der Abteilung, Förderung einer offenen und innovativen Unternehmenskultur
    • Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter
    • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der internen Richtlinien, Templates und Workflows in Deinem Fachgebiet
    • Schulung der Mitarbeiter

    Dein Profil:

    • BSc/MSc in ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Fachrichtung in Verfahrenstechnik oder Chemieingenieurwesen
    • Mindestens 8 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Planung von Chemieanlagen
    • Solide Kenntnisse der Industriestandards (PED, ATEX, etc.) und der GMP-Vorschriften
    • Führungserfahrung im Projekt oder in der Linie
    • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
    • Persönlich zeichnest Du Dich durch Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität aus

    Als Führungspersönlichkeit übernimmst Du die Vorbildfunktion, bringst ein souveränes Auftreten und proaktives Handeln mit. Du hast Spass daran, zusammen mit dem Projektteam Erfolge zu erzielen und verfügst über das notwendige Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine respektvolle Kommunikation.

    Nebst Leidenschaft für Deine Arbeit besitzt Du ein ausgezeichnetes Kundenverständnis und bewahrst auch in unerwartet hektischen Situationen den Blick für das Wesentliche.
