- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Vertragsmanagement inkl. Vertragscontrolling für unterschiedliche Gesellschaften, insbesondere in der Schweiz, Frankreich und Deutschland
- Sie sind beratende und koordinierende Ansprechperson für Vertragsfragen, vor allem in technischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht
- Sie bearbeiten und verhandeln spezifische Vertragsdokumente und unterstützen die internen Fachbereiche, ggf. gemeinsam mit der Rechtsabteilung
- Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen der Rechtsabteilung der Dachgesellschaft und den technischen sowie kaufmännischen Fachbereichen der Liebherr Machines Bulle SA
- Sie kümmern sich um die Verwaltung, Sicherstellung und regelmässige Optimierung der Ihnen zugeordneten Prozesse und Strukturen für ein effektives und effizientes Vertragsmanagement
- Sie unterstützen die Leitung Vertragsmanagement, insbesondere bei gesellschaftsübergreifenden Projekten
- Sie koordinieren die Vertragsabwicklung und das Controlling der Einhaltung der Prozesse durch die Fachbereiche
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre, zudem sind juristische Basiskenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sie konnten erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertragsmanagement, Einkauf oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten sammeln, Erfahrungen bei internationalen Unternehmen in einem technischen Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie idealerweise über gute Französischkenntnisse
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr strukturiertes und analytisches Denken, eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Ihre Diskretion aus
