- Mettre en place et développer des plateformes de conteneurs et d'hébergement et en garantir la bonne intégration dans l'environnement système
- Accompagner la transformation technologique d'un grand nombre de projets
- Exécuter des projets concrets de conception de plateformes en collaboration avec les responsables des services concernés, en tenant compte de l'architecture interne et des exigences technologiques
- Garantir l'intégration durable, fiable et performante des technologies, des plateformes, des systèmes et des services partenaires dans l'environnement informatique de l'OFIT
- Définir l'orientation stratégique en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe chargée de l'architecture des systèmes ; participer à la conception d'architectures de référence et de lignes directrices et contribuer au développement de l'infrastructure de base
- Solide formation en informatique (bachelor, master ou formation professionnelle équivalente) ; dans l'idéal, attestation d'une certification dans les domaines de l'architecture des technologies, la gestion de la qualité ou la conception de services
- Aptitude à élaborer des solutions concrètes et à convaincre de grandes équipes de leur intérêt, assertivité
- Esprit d'équipe, volonté de parfaire continuellement ses compétences dans les domaines touchant aux technologies
- Maîtrise des questions liées au développement d'architectures d'intégration ou d'architectures de solutions dans le cadre de projets de moyenne ou grande envergure ; expérience en matière d'architecture logicielle (cloud native, applications de conteneurs basées sur Kubernetes), d'architecture de solutions appliquée aux plateformes et de conception de solutions en nuage (privé, public et hybride)
- Bonne connaissance de deux langues officielles et de l'anglais
