Dein Aufgabenbereich
Du bringst mit
Das Team Corporate Facility Management (CFM) ist innerhalb der Stiftungsgruppe für die Erbringung integraler FM-Dienstleistungen zuständig. Als kreatives, innovatives und agiles Team setzen wir Standards im internen FM und bringen unseren Bereich gemeinsam vorwärts. In deiner Funktion als Teil des CFM-Teams bist du für die Überwachung und Lenkung des Verrechnungsprozesses im CAFM System mitverantwortlich. Nach erfolgter Schulung im CAFM-System wirst du mit der Datenbank arbeiten, die internen User bei der Anwendung unterstützen und bei der Weiterentwicklung des Systems mithelfen. Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Prozessdigitalisierung im CFM voranzutreiben. Als Mitglied des Administrationsteams unterstützt du das gesamte FM Team bei Fragen zum Verrechnungsprozess sowie dem CAFM System.
