The film slate includes worldwide box office phenomena such as _Bohemian Rhapsody, The Revenant_, _Gone Girl_, _Mr. & Mrs. Smith,_ andiconic titles _L.A. Confidential, Heat _and _Fight Club, _and many more.New Regency also has a television production unit responsible for producing high-end television series such as THE BEAST MUST DIE for Britbox and the upcoming MR & MRS SMITH for Amazon Prime Video.
Position:
Finance and Contract Administrator (Back Office)
- Create and process invoices for license agreements and royalty statements (including television broadcast channels and streaming services)
- Manage the company's accounts receivable process, track remittances and follow up with various clients
- Assist with contract filing and completing vendor forms
- Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in accordance with company policies
- Support with monthend closing processes
- Identify admin improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts receivable and revenue recognition functions
- Prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Primary point of administrative contact for the small team
- Other office duties assigned by the senior management
