übernehmen Sie folgende Hauptaufgaben

Sie bearbeiten selbstständig die typischen Buchhaltungs-Tätigkeiten, wie das Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und SwissGAAP FER
Sie koordinieren und bereiten externe und interne Revisionen vor und begleiten diese als Ansprechperson
Als Key User in Ihrem Bereich sind Sie beim Aufbau unseres neuen ERP-Umfeldes aktiv von der ersten Stunde involviert und definieren, testen moderne Finanzsysteme, führen diese ein und unterstützen die Implementierung von neuen BI-Tools
Im Bereich Cash Management / Liquiditätsplanung helfen Sie dem CFO in seiner täglichen Arbeit und sind Ansprechperson für die Banken
Als Fachexperte betreuen Sie das Steuerwesen (Steuererklärungen, Steuerberechnungen, diverse Themen rund um direkte und indirekte Steuern)
Im Bereich Versicherungswesen dienen Sie als Schnittstelle zu Brokern
Innerhalb der Unternehmung agieren Sie überzeugend und verstehen sich als Business Partner, um bei anstehenden Finanz-Themen zu beraten und in finanziellen Fragestellungen zu betreuen
Sie stellen Ihre Problemlösungsfähigkeit in diversen weiteren Projekten unter Beweis

Dieser Job ist auf Sie zugeschnitten, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen/Rechnungswesen (Stufe Buchhalter, Experte Rechnungslegung und Controlling) oder äquivalent
Erfahrung mit SwissGAAP FER und OR sind Voraussetzung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung, bevorzugt in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit Export in viele Länder weltweit
Key-User-Wissen im SAP-Modul FI und das Prozess-Wissen für die zugrundeliegenden Prozesse
Offenheit, Teamorientierung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und exaktes Arbeiten
Flexibilität, Prioritätenorientierung, Ausdauer und Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
Erfahrung im Bereich Projektführung, um gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam die zukünftigen Entwicklungen der Finanzabteilung voranzubringen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
