Junior Accountant (M/F/d) fixed term

What you will do in this role:

Full cycle invoicing
generating, booking, sending and reconciling
Assist with timely and accurate monthly closing
Assemble financial information for internal and external audits
Assist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting records
Assist in reconciliations for intercompany accounts through active coordination with our sister sites
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Perform ad hoc analysis as well as monitor ARrelated metrics
Participate in projects and develop process/system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Who you are:

Commercial Education Background (KV) with 13 years accounts receivable/general accounting experience in an international environment or University Graduate with Finance/Accounting Degree
Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel
Quick learner with a sound understanding for processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills and an ability to work with diverse organizations
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Willingness to work extended hours during lively times
Shown team working ability
Flexible personality with cando mindset
