- Records Management: Maintain the integrity of physical and electronic client files, support archiving/scanning, and assist with account closure reviews and compliance on-boarding.
- Other Responsibilities: Assist with system searches, collaborate on ad hoc projects, and uphold compliance standards.
- Ideally a university degree holder or equivalent, no prior compliance experience required but eagerness to learn is essential.
- Experience in Excel, Power Point, and Word is preferred, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to adapt to changing tasks.
- Curiosity, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic team are key, along with excellent communication skills in English and French.
