- Du kommunizierst täglich telefonisch und schriftlich mit unseren Kunden und versuchst das Kundenanliegen beim ersten Kontakt zu lösen
- Dabei bist du ebenfalls für die Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanliegen zuständig
- Du unterstützt die Kunden beim Vertragsabschluss, erkennst allfällige Deckungslücken im Bereich Nicht-Leben und baust durch kompetente Beratungen den Versichertenbestand aus
- Du bist für unsere Mitarbeitenden die erste Anlaufstelle für fachspezifische Anfragen
- Verantwortlich für den Wissenstransfer durch Schulungen und Coachings
- Du trägst dazu bei, dass das Tagesgeschäft im Einklang mit unserer Strategie «simpler, faster and smarter» wird
- Du arbeitest in einem kollegialen Umfeld und erhältst dabei eine sorgfältige Einführungszeit sowie zielgerichtete Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche
- Du hast eine Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du bringst min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche mit
- Du kennst dich mit der Arbeit in einem Call Center oder Kundendienst sehr gut aus
- Du bist eine kommunikative, kreative sowie begeisterungsfähige Persönlichkeit
- Du bist eine aufgeschlossene, motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Person mit Organisationstalent
- Du behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und setzt dich gerne mit neuen Technologien und Lösungen auseinander
- Stilsichere CH-Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Deutschkenntnisse in Schrift. Jede weitere Sprache (I/F/E) ist willkommen
