Evaluate and offer direction for document revisions,
Guarantee that training inquiries from CCMs are handled in less than 90 days
Possession of a university degree in areas in public/business administration, or a related field, or comparable professional training or job experience.
Prior work in culturally diverse settings, preferably in the international development or humanitarian sectors, with a history of liaising with a variety of diverse groups.
Background in Ethics or Compliance, focusing on managing conflicts of interest or enforcing and adopting a Code of Conduct.
Strong communication abilities, with a knack for clear, succinct, effective, and tactful communication.
Capable of discussing ethical topics sensitively with a broad range of parties (both internal and external).
Proficient in presentations, excelling in organizational abilities, database management, and meticulous attention to details.
A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in culturally diverse settings.
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages, like Spanish, is advantageous.
