    Job description

    We are looking for a Senior Change Manager with a dual expertise in Change and Project Management for an information security management project. As a Change Manager will need to understand the challenges related to information sensitivity, be capable of occupying a cross-functional position, and communicate effectively with all involved teams.

    Your responsabilities :

    • Manage the change process within the information security project, utilizing the PROSCI methodology to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Oversee the project as a whole, coordinating resources, establishing plans, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to integrate information security requirements throughout the project.
    • Ensure clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including internal and external teams.
    • Participate in risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

    Your profile :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar technical business analyst role
    • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management
    • Experience with technical integration and regulatory projects preferred
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Good knowledge of the banking sector, particularly in tax and fiscal regulations
