    Beschreibung

    Mission :

    • Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble du processus d'approvisionnement, de la planification et de l'ordonnancement pour nos besoins en biens et services.
    • Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion des ressources, l'optimisation des coûts de production et la mise en place de processus efficaces pour assurer une chaîne d'approvisionnement fluide et performante, répondant aux exigences strictes du secteur industriel.

    Responsabilités :

    Achats :

    • Gérer le processus d'achat des matières premières, des composants et des autres biens et services nécessaires à la production.
    • Identifier, sélectionner et qualifier les fournisseurs en fonction de leurs capacités, de leur qualité et de leurs prix.
    • Négocier et rédiger les contrats d'achat avec les fournisseurs.
    • Suivre et évaluer la performance des fournisseurs.
    • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs et maintenir une communication efficace.
    • Respecter les procédures d'achats établies et les réglementations en vigueur.
    • Maintenir les données Achats dans le système ERP.

    Planification et Ordonnancement :

    • Établir et mettre à jour le plan de production en fonction des commandes clients et des prévisions de vente.
    • Planifier et ordonnancer les approvisionnements en matières premières et composants en fonction du plan de production et des stocks.
    • Mettre en place des plannings d'atelier en prenant en compte la charge-capacité.
    • Optimiser les niveaux de stock pour minimiser les coûts d'approvisionnement et les ruptures de stock.
    • Maintenir les données Logistique dans le système ERP.
    • Animer les séances commerciales et d'exploitation.
    • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) liés aux achats, à la planification et à l'ordonnancement.
    • Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et proposer des solutions innovantes.
    • Superviser et gérer une équipe d'approvisionneurs et d'ordonnanceurs.

    Profil :

    • Formation en sciences économiques, gestion, logistique ou domaine connexe
    • Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans une entreprise industrielle manufacturière.
    • Excellente connaissance des processus et des pratiques d'achat, de planification et d'ordonnancement dans un environnement industriel.
    • Maîtrise des outils et logiciels de gestion des achats, de la planification et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (ERP, MRP, etc.).
    • Anglais souhaité (niveau B2).
    • Solides compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et décisionnelles.
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
    • Excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
    • Habilité à communiquer efficacement et à tisser des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
