- Aufnehmen und Analysieren der Kundenbedürfnisse und Designen und Optimieren von Businessprozessen (Business Analyse mit Erstellung von Konzepten, Erbringung von Beratungsdienstleistungen, Beurteilung der Sachlage im themenübergreifenden Kontext)
- Fachliche und technische Analyse der eingereichten Änderungsanforderungen im Umfeld Core- & Umsysteme
- Unterstützen unserer Kunden bei der Abbildung von Businessprozessen in adcubum SYRIUS, Analysieren der Auswirkungen der Implementierung/des Customizings auf andere Bereiche, Begleiten und Ausarbeiten von Lösungsvarianten und –konzepten sowie deren Umsetzungen
- Primärer Ansprechpartner für den Business Analysten des Kunden (Fachbereich)
- Führen und Moderieren von Meetings und Workshops mit Kunden
- Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, Übernahme von Teilprojektleitungen in Grossprojekten und Projektleitung mittlerer Projekte: Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung auf Basis der Projekt-Gesamtplanung (Ziele / Inhalt, Kosten, Termine) oder in Absprache mit dem Projektleiter Kompetenzen
- (Fach-) Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kranken- und Unfallversicherungsumfeld
- Fundiertes Fachverständnis für Prozesse in der Krankenversicherungsbranche und/oder ausgewiesene Kenntnisse der Standardsoftware SYRIUS oder gängigen Umsystemen
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der Analyse und im Engineering von Business Prozessen sowie in grossen und komplexen Projekten
- Überzeugend und kompetent in der Interaktion mit dem Kunden sowohl fachlich wie persönlich
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
