Job Description:

For our Switzerland office, we are looking for an HR Manager to support with our daily operations.


Main responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with employee life cycle management.
  • Arrange the employee activity and local benefit program
(ex:

family day, Christmas dinner, Raka benefit,, etc.)

  • Assist and manage ISO 9000/14000/27001 certifications.
  • Ensure execution of payroll in cooperation with external vendors, including all insurancerelated matters.
  • Coordinate health and safety tasks with the external consultant.
  • Responsible for ESG project and reporting.
  • General support of local and office management.
  • Take care of office operations and related administration
(ex:

visitors and related vendors for office logistics, such as the landlord, cleaning, canteen, stationery, post, coffee machine, security, printer, water, Insurance, invoices,, etc.).


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in HR Management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000/14000/27001 standards and ESG reporting is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical abilities and attitude in problemsolving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
