Job Description:
For our Switzerland office, we are looking for an HR Manager to support with our daily operations.
Main responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Assist with employee life cycle management.
- Arrange the employee activity and local benefit program
family day, Christmas dinner, Raka benefit,, etc.)
- Assist and manage ISO 9000/14000/27001 certifications.
- Ensure execution of payroll in cooperation with external vendors, including all insurancerelated matters.
- Coordinate health and safety tasks with the external consultant.
- Responsible for ESG project and reporting.
- General support of local and office management.
- Take care of office operations and related administration
visitors and related vendors for office logistics, such as the landlord, cleaning, canteen, stationery, post, coffee machine, security, printer, water, Insurance, invoices,, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- At least 35 years of experience in HR Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000/14000/27001 standards and ESG reporting is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Analytical abilities and attitude in problemsolving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
