    Liste des tâches

  • Sie prüfen Kundenbeziehungen von natürlichen und juristischen Personen gemäss VSB, GwG und internen Richtlinien
  • Sie schliessen die Eröffnungen im Client Onboarding Tool (COB) und im Kernbankensystem Avaloq ab
  • Sie eröffnen 3a Vorsorgekonten und Freizügigkeitskonten
  • Sie mutieren Kundenstammdaten im Avaloq
  • Sie beantworten Anfragen unserer internen Kunden qualitativ hochwertig und unterstützen somit unsere Kundenbetreuung bei der Eröffnung neuer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie arbeiten bei der Implementierung von Neuerungen und Prozessanpassungen mit
  • Sie erstellen Prozess- und Arbeitsanleitungen
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Durchführung von Systemtests (Release und funktionale Tests)

    • Nos exigences

    Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Banklehre und haben 3 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundeneröffnungen und/oder im Compliance einer Bank. Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der rechtlichen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Banken, insbesondere VSB, GwG und GwV runden Ihr Profil ab. Als engagierte, belastbare und teamorientierte Person sind Sie selbständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten gewohnt und Sie verstehen es, sich durchzusetzen. Kenntnisse im Bankensystem Avaloq, Grundkenntnisse der Projektmethodiken sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Produkte sind von Vorteil. Wir erwarten gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen, aber nicht Bedingung.
