Our Diversity Internship gives women in-depth insights into banking through coaching with experienced mentors, shadowing days that provide experience in a range of departments, exclusive networking events and tailored training on finance industry essentials.

You work on real-life business challenges and have responsibilities within your team, so you can learn on-the-job.

It's a rich, fulfilling program designed to harness and develop your skills, build your confidence and provide a rewarding, inspiring experience.


Start date:
Earliest March 2023


Duration: 6 months


Academic requirements:
Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility
This is an internship with challenging and multifaceted duties in a constantly evolving environment within a dynamic and diverse team, with the opportunity to drive and perform a variety of meaningful tasks in the area of Trade Finance with focus on Business Management (e.g. executive support, internal communication measures, task forces, ad hoc tasks).

You will have the chance to support the preparation of management presentations addressed to key committees and constant interaction with the senior management of the Trade Finance franchise as well as active collaboration within and across the organization.

You will as well get insights into Trade Finance and neighboring Corporate Banking departments with the ability to broaden your network and get first time experience in the banking industry.
